Formed & Swaged Pipework
Hyserve provides a comprehensive range of formed and swaged piping solutions for high-performance hydraulic systems.
Our technicians are fully trained in Small Bore Tubing (SBT) and experienced in all aspects of twin ferrule fittings. We supply and install twin ferrule systems from leading manufacturers such as Swagelok, Parker Hannifin, and Fitok, working with materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialist alloys.
We also offer Walform Plus (Waltech), an advanced cold-forming tube system designed for high-integrity, leak-free connections. The resulting joints provide outstanding resistance to high pressure, vibration, and dynamic loading, making Walform Plus ideal for offshore and marine hydraulic systems where reliability and durability are essential.
All pipework is manufactured to recognised standards, including ASME, DNV, and DIN, and can be pressure tested in-house up to 1400 bar to ensure integrity and performance.
11 Arches
In 2024, one of our regular clients, 11 Arches, commissioned Hyserve to deliver one of the largest rigid-piping conversions we’ve undertaken to date. Over the course of the summer, our technicians spent seven weeks replacing extensive sections of hydraulic hosing with durable rigid pipework across the system.
In total, the team removed 1,318 metres of hose, much of which had been difficult to access and time-consuming to maintain. This was replaced with 1,000 metres of strategically positioned rigid pipework, significantly improving accessibility and efficiency. As a result, maintenance times are estimated to have been reduced by around 85%. With just 318 metres of hose now remaining, routine servicing that once took weeks is expected to take only days, delivering substantial cost savings for the client.
