Jerome Dardillac
With over 25 years of experience in engineering, Jerome began his career in 1996 with an apprenticeship in agricultural engineering. He went on to spend five years working across France and Europe, gaining valuable expertise across a variety of engineering sectors. Before moving to the UK, he also worked as a technical
teacher, training multi-skilled apprentices.
In the UK, his career progressed from mechanical fitter to project and sales roles, before becoming a director. In May 2020, alongside his wife, he founded Hyserve with the vision of delivering high end hydraulic engineering and servicing.
Passionate about customer service and quality, Jerome is dedicated to ensuring Hyserve remains at the forefront of advanced hydraulic solutions, with a long-term focus on innovation and excellence.
Marina Dardillac
Marina began her career in 2004 as an accounting apprentice, qualifying in 2008. Since then, she has gained extensive experience within engineering and manufacturing organisations.
Working alongside highly skilled professionals has allowed Marina to build a strong financial foundation and develop a commitment to helping businesses achieve sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Meven Bruzac
Meven began his career in 2004 through an engineering apprenticeship and brings over 20 years of experience. He holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has worked across multiple engineering sectors,
specialising in mechanical and hydraulic solutions, and has delivered results for major organisations in France and internationally.
After moving to the UK, he took on global project management roles, travelling worldwide for vessel commissioning. Progressing into business development management and later returning to France, Meven became Director of two hydraulic companies for nearly a decade.
Passionate about advancing engineering practices that drive performance, efficiency, and sustainability on a global scale, Meven brings both technical knowledge and strategic insight to Hyserve. A strong believer in collaboration, he values the supportive, forward thinking culture within the team and is committed to contributing to its long term vision and growth.
Joe Hornby
Joe brings a strong background in team coordination and management within the manufacturing
and logistics sectors, supported by a Management degree from Northumbria University.
Joining Hyserve as a Service Coordinator, Joe was initially responsible for overseeing day to day service jobs while helping expand the customer base and service output. Over time, his role grew to include managing larger scale service jobs and installation projects. This progression led to his current position as
Operations and Project Coordinator, where he plans and allocates labour across the business while working closely with the engineering and service departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
What motivates Joe is Hyserve’s fast paced, collaborative environment, where accountability and pride in work are encouraged. A strong team spirit and shared commitment to the company’s growth have been key reasons behind his continued success at Hyserve.
Matthew Levison
Matthew, a Northumbria University MEng Mechanical Engineering graduate, joined Hyserve nearly five years ago as a Design Engineer and has since progressed to the role of Engineering Manager.
In his early career, he developed a strong technical foundation working within the heavy machinery and industrial radiography sectors, gaining hands-on experience in complex systems and safety-critical environments.
In his current role, Matthew plays a key part in coordinating internal teams, managing resources, and acting as a central point of contact for key accounts. He works closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical guidance and ensuring solutions are tailored to meet operational needs. His proactive approach and attention to detail enable him to identify risks early, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Matthew also focuses on developing and training engineers, helping the team grow while delivering high quality solutions from concept to completion.
Chris Dennell
Chris began his career through a Modern Apprenticeship with Vickers North East Training Centre, earning an NVQ Level 2, BTEC HNC, and HND in Manufacturing Engineering. Starting as a hydraulic fitter, he quickly progressed to a Hydraulic Service Engineer, gaining hands on experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems across a wide range of industries.
With years of expertise in the UK and abroad, including leading teams on complex installation projects, Chris brings strong technical knowledge and leadership to the Hyserve team. Drawn to Hyserve’s forward thinking approach, he values being part of a young, highly skilled company that embraces modern technology to deliver innovative hydraulic solutions.
Phil Gray
Phil joined Hyserve with a strong background in the automotive, training, and consultancy sectors. Although new to this industry, he brought with him a wealth of transferable skills and a fresh perspective.
After a successful interview process, Phil quickly became a part of the Hyserve team. What stood out most during the hiring journey was the passion and honesty shown by leadership, qualities that inspired Phil to join the company and remain committed to his role.

Feras Obeid
With a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, and previous experience as a freelance design engineer, Feras has a strong theoretical and practical foundation to back his passion for providing complete solutions.
Throughout his career, he has worked within innovation-focused roles to drive both business and technical innovation, bridging the gap between a client's concept and practical implementation. In his role, Feras now focuses on delivering projects whilst leading innovation initiatives aimed at improving engineering processes and solutions.
