Test Rig
A recent project saw Hyserve commissioned to design and deliver a pull test rig, where accuracy and responsiveness were achieved using two Bosch Rexroth high-response control valves driving a pair of opposing cylinders.
A key element of the project was the in-house development of advanced electrical and software control systems. Integrating feedback from pressure sensors, load cells, and valve spool positions, the system delivers highly accurate tension control across multiple operating modes.
All test data is automatically captured, logged, and stored, providing the customer with clear, reliable data for detailed analysis and reporting.
To further enhance usability and support, the system is equipped with wireless connectivity, allowing it to integrate seamlessly with the customer’s WiFi network. This enables remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, while automated alerts notify users of potential faults or maintenance requirements, significantly reducing response times and minimising downtime.
